Cylinder Mould

We offer a range of industrial cylinder moulds that is one of the primary constituents of paper or board machine. Cylinder moulds are used for controlling stick flow and pick-up on the point of contact and enables good single layer and multi layer formation and substance profile across the full web. The mould also contains C.I. Spiders with stainless steel, brass strip, phosphorus, bronze spiders with brass rods and strips and wounding stainless steel 304, 10 Gauge wire. Moreover, it is accurately balanced.

Totally in stainless Steel Construction.

Zero fiber loss due to rubber cord sealing
Better dewatering with Air suction on the wire
Adjustable Couch roll off center
SS Suction knife for removal of water at couch nip
Pressurized feed with Custom designed Tapered Manifold or octopus distributor and Evener roll for uniform distribution
